Terms of Service

Launchy (“we”, “us”) lets you generate launch videos from a URL. By using launchy.video you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

You sign in with your email. You're responsible for activity on your account and for keeping access credentials safe. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service or violate these terms.

Every account gets one free video. Continued use requires a paid Pro subscription ($49/month or $499/year), billed via Dodo Payments. Plans renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel anytime from your dashboard; access continues through the end of the paid period.

You retain ownership of the URLs, brand assets, and content you give us. You grant us a limited license to process that content to render your videos. We won't use your content to train third-party models.

Don't use Launchy to generate videos for other people's products without permission, to harass, deceive, infringe IP, or to produce illegal or harmful content. We reserve the right to remove renders or terminate accounts that violate this.

Launchy is provided “as is.” We aim for high reliability but don't guarantee uninterrupted service or specific render times. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

We offer refunds at our discretion within 7 days of a charge if Launchy hasn't worked for you. Email [email protected].

We may update these terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be announced via email or in-app.
